The challenge was to position this community as one that values the all comforts of home while having quick and easy access to the bustle of Cherry Creek.

One19 Cherry Creek stands out from the competition by providing a unique community where you can get brand new finishes, the best amenities, and the Cherry Creek lifestyle, while still maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel and a place where you can really get to know your neighbors.
The strategy and messaging for the brand is centered on the quality and elegance you expect in Cherry Creek, but with a focus on the comfort, community, and connection that is hard to find anywhere else.

Brand Identity
The design direction took on a nature of spirited poise, lively and animated with a self-assured graceful elegance. The script font creates a sense of personalization just as a signature or handwriting would. While the stamp with Cherry Creek written in it provides validation that this building is indeed part of the neighborhood, but in a lighthearted and playful way that can be carried across digital and print elements.
