The St Paul Collection apartment community represents classic luxury, where modern conveniences and unparalleled service set the highest standards for everyday living in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood.
While working on the St Pauls project, we used creative problem-solving and marketing tactics to find a solution to a certain setback: a-frames are not allowed to be set up outside of the building. Our solution was to design branded bicycles that are displayed outside of the building to attract visitors and hold the St Paul Collection brochures. The bicycle design is in line with the website which feels classic and timeless, demonstrating the property’s elegance, beauty, and convenience.
